H E L L O there LOVELIES! Thanks for popping by to catch up! Gosh, can you believe we are less than a week from Christmas! I guess time really flies by when you’re having fun!
This post is a sneak peek at some happenings from our week! I’m sharing a few snap shots from our week as well as a few last-minute holiday crafts to do with kids and a snack idea that works well in our house.
This week, I shared a Christmas Sensory Board that has provided a lot of fun and a lot of learning in our house! It’s a DIY, cheap, fun, sensory activity!
Are you looking for a few last-minute Christmas crafts to do with toddlers? Here are a few Christmas crafts my toddler brought home from preschool this week.
TODDLER CHRISTMAS CRAFTS
This Christmas tree is such a great idea for fine motor development. The children glued pom-poms on the tree.
And this Mistletoe Canvas was wrapped up as a gift to mommy and daddy. This explains why Toddler E came home with green paint on his toes one day. How SWEET! And being a clubfoot momma, I just get weak in the knees for anything FOOTPRINT related!
And this is definitely a throwback craft but we made some craft stick ornaments. We happened to use glitter and paint but there are so many ways to personalize these favorites for little hands.
SNACK TIME IDEA
I wanted to share this idea with you all that I saw over the summer from one of my colleagues. I tried it this summer and just forgot about it but today I pulled it out again.
My toddler just goes crazy for his own personalized snack tray! How fun is this!? Simply an ice-cube tray filled with yummy snacks for the day.

And last but not least, I wanted to share a few of the goodies I picked up from Target Dollar Spot that I’m excited to create and play with over the next week!
We found an oh so cute 2 ft tall felt pin-up GINGERBREAD MAN! How fun will it be to decorate this guy and he will be fun all winter long! There was also a snowman that I thought long and hard about but we passed on it this trip.
I picked up a package of foam Christmas trees that I plan to let the boys decorate with the sticker Christmas lights. I just loved the little puffy snow globe stickers with actual glitter inside (sensory play idea in the works for that one)! And there are countless activities for the fuzzy sticks.
