How I Did Last Month
One goal is to focus on my Instagram account posting a new picture each day with my DSLR. – SUCCESS! 36 new followers (Now to be honest, I did not post every day nor was it always a DSLR photo.)
Build my Pinterest account by pinning and/or repinning at least 10 pins each day. – SUCCESS! 86 new followers (Ok so maybe I did not pin every day but I did increase my followers and pinned way more frequently.)
Enjoy my vacation to Myrtle Beach, S.C., building memories and spending quality family time –SUCCESS!
Continue to exercise at least 3 days a week but I prefer to aim for 4 days. – FAIL! Organize my closet – FAIL! Make a trip to Salvation Army with donations. – FAIL! Read 1 book and write a book review – FAIL! (I did start the book though!)
Continue to focus my efforts on improving my Pinterest account. Switch to a Pinterest business account, organize my boards, and focus on fine-tuning the details.
At least once a day, connect with another blogger via a social media outlet or commenting on their blog.
Complete my first vlog!
Fitness goals are out the window for this month as I just had surgery so I plan to focus on a speedy, healthy recovery.
Eat healthy. Since I can’t incorporate much exercise, I will be mindful of portion size, calories, and curb the snacking! My dad and step-mother have a large garden which is now in full bloom and they always share which means good eats for my family – we love garden fresh veggies and herbs.
Take my kiddos to the library. I want to get Toddler E signed up for the summer reading program and introduce him to the library.
Continue reading the book I started in June and finish it!
Can you believe we are now at the half way point of the year? What are your goals for the remainder of the year? I’m always inspired by others!
