Preparing your skin for warm weather

Skincare is very important to me. As I’m getting older, I’m so grateful to my mother who started teaching me how to care for my skin at an early age. I continue to learn from her to this day. When we feel good about ourselves, it’s reflected in our actions and interactions with others. As the weather starts to get warmer and we spend a lot more time outside as a family, it’s time for us to start preparing our skin.

Here is what I’ve implemented to enhance my skincare routine for the warmer weather.

Daily Supplements with Nature Made®

As we transition into warmer weather, have you considered your dietary supplement game to boost your beauty from within?  This is a great time to revisit your skin care routine and make sure you are doing everything you can to keep your skin looking its best. Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture oral supplement contains key ingredients that may help support skin hydration in as little as 15 days for adults with dry skin.¥†

Stay hydrated

Staying hydrated is just another way to start preparing your skin for warm weather. It is very important for your skin. If your skin is not getting the sufficient amount of water, the lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, tight and flaky. Dry skin has less resilience and is more prone to wrinkles. I have found that inadequate water intake definitely makes my skin appear duller and my pores more prominent. I keep a water bottle with me all the time.

Use a Daily Moisturizer with SPF

A quality daily moisturizer can restore a youthful appearance to your skin by lifting, moisturizing and reducing wrinkles. I am an advocate for making sure my moisturizer has Broad Spectrum SPF to protect from the sun and add radiance. I apply it every morning in hopes of preparing my skin for the warm weather.

Here we have the tips preparing your skin for warm weather!

BE AUTHENTIC. BE HEALTHY. BE TRUE. BE YOU.

*For adults with dry skin. ¥ 70 mg of Ceramosides®

‡Biotin may help support healthy hair, skin and nails in those that are biotin deficient.
